Before ordering

Not a factory-airbox replacement. Confirm the installed intake uses 42141 or 42141-D. Do not oil this dry filter.

Matching Banks intake and filter options

Replacement element for matching Banks intake systems only; not a factory-airbox drop-in. The dry and oiled elements are alternatives: 42141, 42141-D. Choose one; you do not need both. Do not oil a dry element. Follow Banks cleaning and re-oiling directions for an oiled element.

Matching intake part numbers in our range: 42255, 42255-D. These intakes cover different model years and vehicles; check each intake description. Filter compatibility does not make complete intake kits interchangeable.

Optional matching pre-filter

Banks 42658 is the matching optional outer wrap for filters 42141 and 42141-D, including Banks RAM intakes 42255 and 42255-D. Wrap, main filter and complete intake are separate products. Dry and oiled filters are alternatives; choose one. The wrap is not waterproof.
