Designed specifically for 2020-2022 Chevrolet Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD trucks powered by the 6.6L Duramax L5P, this intelligent tuning system delivers up to 117 additional horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque while maintaining factory drivability and reliability. Unlike traditional plug-in tuners, Derringer communicates directly with the vehicle's OBD-II system, allowing it to continuously adjust power based on real-time engine operating conditions.

The system offers six selectable power levels, adjustable on the fly using the included Banks iDash Pro Powertrain Information Center. Lower power levels are ideal for towing and everyday driving, while higher settings provide maximum performance when conditions allow. The iDash Pro also displays live engine data, monitors Derringer performance and enables Bluetooth updates through the Banks mobile app.

Banks' exclusive AutoRate® Dynamic Tuning constantly monitors exhaust gas temperature, coolant temperature, altitude and engine load, automatically adjusting power to maximise performance without exceeding safe operating limits. Combined with ActiveSafety®, which performs internal diagnostics 100 times per second, and TransCommand®, which intelligently manages torque during Allison 10-speed gear changes, Derringer delivers exceptional power while helping protect the engine and transmission.
