Banks Ram-Air Dry Intake Ford 6.7L 2023-2026 41869-D

Replace the factory intake assembly with a Banks Ram-Air system for the current 6.7L Ford. This listing is the dry-filter version, giving owners an intake upgrade without an oiled filter service routine.

Vehicle application

2023-2026 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 with 6.7L Power Stroke diesel, standard or High Output.

Before ordering

Check chassis and right-hand-drive conversion clearance. Manufacturer assembly images may be shared between intake variants; 41869-D is supplied with a dry filter.

For imported or right-hand-drive converted vehicles, verify the original US specification and any conversion changes before ordering.

Related Banks upgrades

Match each related product to the vehicle model year, engine and any axle, transmission or intake-system restrictions in its listing. These are optional upgrades and are sold separately; fitment is not established by brand alone.

Photo note: The manufacturer assembly image illustrates the housing with an oiled filter. This listing supplies the dry-filter 41869-D version; the additional photo shows the shared intake elbow.

Matching filters and optional pre-filter

This complete intake already includes one filter. Optional replacement elements: 41831 (oiled, clean and re-oil as directed), 41831-D (dry, do not oil). Choose one media type; you do not need to buy both. Replacement elements are optional service spares.

Optional matching pre-filter: 42653. Fits either listed filter type. A pre-filter is not a replacement filter or a waterproof cover.

The 41869 complete intake is the alternative filter version for this application; choose one complete intake. Other related upgrades are optional and must match your vehicle year and engine.
