Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are picked, packed and shipped each morning from our Mount Gambier warehouse.

Orders placed before 11:30am ACST are typically processed and dispatched the same business day, provided all items are in stock. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will generally be dispatched on the next business day.

If there is any delay with your order, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Most in-stock orders are dispatched as quickly as possible once payment has been received and cleared.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, processing times may vary depending on stock availability, order size and carrier requirements.

If there is any delay with your order, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible on 0488 437 386. While we'll do our best to assist, changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries

If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the carrier may leave a card, arrange redelivery, leave the parcel in a safe place, or direct you to a local collection point depending on the carrier's policies and your location.
