8mm laser cut mild steel brackets with support gussets.

3mm wall 2” square and round tube

5 X 3mm wall 1 ¾” Laser cut notched round spacers joining the rails

Front mount is 3mm heavy wall capped square tube with 2 mounting holes. Increased strength and stops mud getting in. Assembled on a Jig. Consistent quality Product.
Professionally Sand Blasted

All Bolts (10mm), nuts, flat & spring washers supplied (Hi-tensile 8.8)

FITTING

EASY TO FIT!

The Sliders have been developed with the home handy man in mind. They can be easily fitted at home with No specialized tools required.

Bolt up design, All mounts on our sliders are bolt up. NO WELDING REQUIRED

Note, 2 holes needing to be drilled on each side to be mounted, pre-drilled mounts mean you just have to put your drill through our holes and use them as a guide.

There are no chassis modifications required unlike other ‘weld on’ designs.

 

LOCATION ON VEHICLE

The base square tube runs directly under the factory body join. We have found that the square tube is much better at carrying the weight and does not bend/dent as easy as the round tube.
The outer pipe is 2" 3mm heavy wall pipe, with the end angle cut to blend in nicely with the original body flares.
We have kept them up high and in close so you don't get hung up on them when 4WDing. They do come out far enough to get a foot on so they can also be used as a step.
